I rember on tonberry the unofficial jp eng server i used to see the vote dismiss box come up atone every say 5-10 df and never have i seen people waste their breath telling the bad person they are bad. but really thats the best way to teach someone who plays bad if they get kicked enougth maybe they will try to find out why then learn they are bad and need to git gud.

on Masamune I have yet to see anyone get vote dismissed so must be a more elite eng thing to do.

That's interesting because I hardly see vote dismiss even when someone is doing poorly. More often than not, I see people offering advice (politely or impolitely) rather than outright kicking.

I usually start with Raging Strikes, Ley Lines, Swift Cast, Fire III, Sharp Cast, Thunder, Fire I, Thundercloud, Fire I spam till OOM, Blizard III, Thunder, Fire III etc. Even before I got Sharp Cast I would always start Fire III and then Thunder before spamming Fire I so I would get that chance at proccing thundercloud up asap.
