Cheating was a false claim. And while folks believe SE doesn't care. They have those "Reasons" there for a reason.
I assume being dismissed for cheating, harassment enough times will cause GMs to monitor and or warn/punish a player.
actually, for reporting those same events more then once, I received each time the same answer that they do not mix between players squabbles.

no matter what the reason you use SE doesnt care.

but it doesnt make it any less wrong, wrong on SE account to put something in place and not care and wrong from players part knowing that SE doesnt care they care even less.
