I feel like the worst experiences often come from pre-made groups of 2 or 3 others and one outsider. I remember a group that was so mean-spirited and critical that I had to look them up afterwards..low and behold, all part of the same FC.

What does it matter if the tank selected cheating as his reason for vote-dismissing? You were going to vote him out anyway, don't see why you would even make a big deal out of that.
because is wrong.....if there are no reasons to kick him and you need a fallacious reason...then is double wrong.
see my point ?
I'm actually surprised you got Neverreap, I've done 60 roulette 20 times now and I've Never gotten Neverreap.
This is probably a bit generalised, but I wonder if people like this are because America has really poor mental health care?
People. OP bring in a valid point. Flagging people account's is not something that people should abuse of.
However this is internet and forums opinion does not always spread out to the actual in-game population. Some people just do not care and have no respect. That is something SE should enforce.

Apparently they patched it where DF wont throw you in the same group if you're kicked, unlike before.
Buuuuuuuuuuuuuuut the bard was going to leave anyway.

Ok whoahhh...
I was only trying to explain why it doesn't actually matter what the reason given for the kick is, by giving an example of a situation where a kick might be necessary for the success of the group but not fall under the list provided by SE. I didn't intend to argue the validity of the vote-kick system as a whole, but as such, I believe there's a mod post somewhere on this forum explaining why "differences of playstyle" is a valid reason for a kick.
I can agree with you that if the player isn't preventing the group from completing the dungeon they don't need to be kicked, and that kicking them for "harassment" is just a cherry on top of a nasty attitude toward new players in general, but it's really just an overly catty response that nobody but that party will ever see. It only matters when you're reporting someone so the gms know how to address the report, but they aren't going to look into a simple kick.
Not sure about bad or not bad. But a couple of people I know just freshly hit 60 and got to 150 and were doing roulette to try to get some extra tomes. They said the were ridiculed the whole runs for being 150. After we ran them a few times and the dungeon was no problem. Took maybe an extra 10 mins max.
I don't know where the line is, but don't people think they are treating another human being like that. I don't treat a slow cashier like that if they are slow and I have to stand in line for an extra 10 mins. I am going to go out on a limb and say 10 mins out of your day isn't that big a deal. It is not like you were late for surgery and someone died cause you took 10 more mins.
