The game would have to calculate in-game score in some way or another for each role/job separately.

Things like damage done, effective healing done, damage avoided, enmity generated, deaths, mechanics completed, abilities interrupted, clear times on bosses etc. while considering the item level of course.

Some fine-tuning would be needed but it would be possible to create algorithms for the performance.
