    People would abuse this. A tank can pull a mob and just sit there forever while the healer spams heals. In 8 man parties, the two tanks would be trying to MT simply because the OT would get way less EXP. Healers would try to heal only MT for more EXP. The idea sounds nice on paper, but that's about it. Incentive to get better scores would only cause people to play badly in a different way for the sake of more rewards.

    The tricky part would be to give points for the good behaviour instead of exploiting on which I agree.

    The main issue could be the development time, I am not sure how much resources would it take for the devs to go back through the old content and set up the scores... maybe we could start in the newer one tho.

    It sounds nice and all, but I think it is unnecessary. People will most often times try their best because they want to finish the run quickly as to be more efficient, and I've never seen someone want or try to draw a run out. While it is nice to promote people trying their best, I feel like there is already enough to accomplish this, without risking so much with a new system.

    It would also give the content certain replayability and there could be a whole achievement branch designed around it.

    Not to mention the change in the monotony of our current system, which would be refreshing on its own.

    Last I checked, the bonus you get for doing a good job was a commendation, but I could be wrong.

    On a more serious note, I don't want to see this added, simply due to it being a waste of resources. The dev's are already struggling to make content that will last from patch to patch. I don't see a need to make thing that aren't going to really change anything, because lets be honest, the real problem is the players themselves, and no amount of free giveaways will fix it.

    I don't think I could handle something like that.. I'd be overly-stressed trying to appease everyone's standards. I already try as hard as I can to optimize everything I'm doing regardless of the content, never slacking off, etc. I still mess up on occasion or have bad luck with an AOE placement, etc. I don't think we need more things to be judged and yelled at over. I realize some people are lazy, but I do think a majority still try hard in dungeons, even if they are making some mistakes. A lot of it comes down to memorizing the content, and many simply haven't run it 50 plus times due to time constraints/whatever.

    EDIT: I read this as still being a party-based thing. If you mean individual reward that others aren't aware of, that could be a cool idea.
