    I know it's been beaten with a dead horse but paladins do need tweaking in the AoE department a recent thread talked about an ability from 1.0 (War Drum) that does AoE dmg with huge threat gains that would be something that should be added as it works. Paladin lacks because it only has 2 aoe abilities whereas Drks and warriors have multiple with added dmg that they bring.

    Edit: Forgot to add in Abyssal Drain that is 120 potency + heals you for 100% of the dmg dealt which adds even more emnity with the healing threat.
    Actually it would because Flash does absolutely no damage and I would rather have this than some potency pasted onto flash or any other PLD skill. I just really want this mechanic for PLDs since it would make it more interesting so if the potency bothers you then turn it up to 20 per stack even though I think that's too much given how much enmity flash generates in the first place.

    Also I was under the impression tank self heals outside of curative magic generate zero healing enmity?

    The goal behind this idea is to not really change the way PLDs AoE tank while increasing their dmg and threat a bit until 4.0.

    My bad derp forgot it's 20 emnity for activating a skill no extra threat for self healing lol, 40 potency though it would be good for main tanking as you main tank you keep the debuff going. However 40 potency isn't really much compared to all the other options the other tanks get plds would still get steam rolled in the AoE threat department. The flash DoT would help but it's still not enough compared to the other tanks. 20 potency might work a bit more but you know how SE is with their balancing, I like your idea as I used to be a pld tank and I was always mad about their AoE.

    Would it work something like this http://wowwiki.wikia.com/wiki/Seal_of_Vengeance? If so 5 stacks at 20 potency would make it on par with Unleash and Overpower.

    Yes but this trait would be AoE and flashes after the 5th would only reset the timer on the stacks.

    Exactly, it'd be like WoWs Seal of Vengeance stacking but after 5 Flashes the 6th one would reset it it'd be a great trait to have.
