    What brand of power supply is it?
    How are you connecting the GPU to the Monitor? DP, HDMI, DVI?

    I had issues using a Displayport Cable doing something similar but it was on any game.

    Also are you running everything at the default settings in NVidia Control Center? Some funky stuff can happen if you are forcing vSync while limiting the game to 60FPS from within the game.

    I would recommend to restore the defaults and then under this option

    Nvidia control panel > Adjust image settings with a preview

    then set this -> Let the 3D application decide

    instead of this -> Use the advanced 3D image settings

    It is a Cooler Master PSU. The monitor that runs FF is on display, the rest are HDMI. I checked the Control Center and Let the 3D application decide is how it was already set.
