Things currently wrong with frontlines that the community would like to see fixed

No one leaves a game against an Astrologian thinking "man, Retrogradation is really powerful! Their use of it was a major reason why we lost!" - it's way down the list of things that are powerful about Astrologian.

Your skill can't even be used the way you described half the time. It only comes into use IF the node is higher up, and that's a huge "IF." If your skill relies on tomelith RNG to make it powerful, and you somehow think it's more powerful than a skill that you can use ANYWHERE, I don't really know what to tell you.

You've really never been Aura Blasted off a high node, huh? You poor, sheltered thing. Aura Blast and Mythril Tempest are super obvious when you're on the recieving end of them, and they're both game-winning effects.

Feels a little superfluous when the half a dozen warriors already pelted everyone of the cliff though. I'll be honest, I don't think it's that great because the war and pld both get knockbacks and will presumably be the first ones barreling into the enemy team to push them off the node, and both their knockbacks have additional effects, and both of them have a pvp skill to stop them from being pushed off too. I'd take retrogradation over sch's skill, really.

Really depends on the faction and datacenter - Aether Flames only really has a few great warriors, and they're not all gung-ho to charge up a cliff or knock defenders away, so I get a lot of mileage out of it. If you never get a chance to use the knockback, I can see why you wouldn't think it's powerful, but i'm not wanting for chances to use it, and it's always fantastic when I do. Remember, it's actually the most potent version of the ability - with an extra 5 yards of knockback over Mythril Tempest, you get this much more distance (from my character to the edge of the circle):



e: Here's a map with all the places where Aura Blast comes up highlighted. It's pretty rare that you don't fight at at least one of these locations in a 10+ minute game.

Nah, couldn't be.

Astrologian is a powerful class. Retrogradation and AoE healing are not reasons the class is powerful. If you really think Astrologian is simply The Best At Everything, then I don't know what to tell you.

To be honest, I can't remember the last time I was push off a cliff by a sch. A lot of the elevated areas are really wide, have a good amount of wall space or have really unforgiving chokes I find. I can really only think of 2 nodes where I've seen aura blast be anything more than a poor man's fluid aura.
