You said the one-handed sword wouldn't work for a job that uses zweihanders, but they've already been using one-handed swords as two-handed swords since DRK was introduced, so that's not a very good argument against the inclusion of a Zantetsuken upscale for DRK. Yes, it does. All of the FFXIV in house products (weapons from primals for example) have no external source to keep consistent with. If they had made Midgardsomr in the game that looked like a chicken then it would be seemingly awkward (he also adheres to his Norse Mythology counterpart).
