What if raids had these?

There is no achievement to grinding. Honestly the best achievements I saw in Raids were:


Flawless:
Complete the boss without a single person dying.

Isn't this kind of the point in the first place though? o.O

Sense of Urgency:
Kill the boss in a time limit.

Hard enrage mechanics are already a thing on just about every raid we have.
