The trouble with that is, as I've mentioned countless times in the past in regards to 1x1 PvP, that won't stop harassment from stupid players with chips on their shoulders hassling those which just want to PvE, as I've experienced this very thing on other MMOs with a 'PvP toggle' and 'PvP-PvE separate servers' - being inundated with 'duel requests' and then called every imaginable name and slur under the sun because I declined. As Yoshi is mindful of ways aspects of the game could be exploited or people harassed in this game, I really don't see this being implemented for this reason.
