    It's probably causing some support issues as it's not apparent that you might be missing the extra stuff it's a horrible system.

    Throwing 10GBs of data for those who haven't downloaded Heavensward out of the blue would annoy quite a few people I'd imagine. Heavensward was around 6GB, that coupled with 3.1+3.2 and all the minor patches would probably round it up to 10.
