You get the dress/tuxedo (and the corresponding other pieces), yes. The version you receive is non-dyable. There is a separate version of each set that is dyable and has slightly different patterns, which is available with the gold/platinum plans.

If you are female you get the dress, the suit you see female characters wear typically is the best man's suit you can get in Ul'dah

or some people just decided to switch their gender before they finished their quest so they can get the tuxedo since it is only given men.

Yeah but women cannot wear the Tailcoat of Eternal Innocence which is the suit you get from eternal bonds. I only say this because the person asking is a female character.

oh cool it is locked for just male. I didn;t know since this game looks to give a lot of preference to female characters (I don't really read the info of those things anymore)
