    Wtf is that? As far as I'm aware FF games were supposed to tell a different story each time and the only real recurring things were like chocobos and shit.

    I guess squall was a deathknight in disguise and wore his artifact armor under his unique and highly-identifiable coat.

    What about WHM, BLM, RDM? they also have very similar Gears in every FFs, even XI. So having Kain Dragoon Gear is unacceptable? lol

    Lulu wasn't wearing BLM armor, it sure looked unique and HIGHLY-IDENTIFABLE.
