I ran Expert every day as healer after Patch 3.1's dungeons dropped. It took me until a week or two ago to finally get the healer coat.

STILL have only seen the Bard coat drop ONCE and my friend and I fought for it (I rolled a 2 :') )
How many lalas do I have to sacrifice here

I ran that and world of darkness for light on artemis bow which made it not so bad and eventually I did get every weapon after like 200 runs. My pony dropped my first run though...

I still haven't gotten the bow from binding coil though.
