Omega as alluded to would be great, not as a primal lore-wise, but an eight-man trial. Or maybe a raid boss.

Seraph as well; a healing primal should zombie our team and then use heals to kill us.

I wonder if there's any primals they could put in that would be related to Final Fantasy Tactics? I'd love to face some of the enemies from that game, like Belias... Oh! They should do something involving Ivalice as a Raid!

Belias is technically an 'elder Primal' from some long ago period in Eorzea's history, however it's long been forgotten. You actually fight an 'egi' version of it which the dark SMN Tristan summons under Ascian influence, and... all it is is a larger purple palette swap of Ifrit-egi. This led to a lot of speculation on the Lore forum that Belias is actually what Ifrit may have been called in past eras, and thus his old name has long fallen into obscurity (how Tristan summoned him is the Ascian literally infused a heap of SMN Soul Crystals directly into Tristan's body, thus he drew his power from their collective memories).

Either way, also given the fact Cúchulainn is also in the game (as a boss on Void Ark), I wouldn't be surprised to see more FFT/FFXII Espers/Lucavi show up... albeit not as Primals but as bosses - a last word on that is that Ultima (using her old original FFT PS1 translation as 'Altima') is confirmed to be an Ascian, so yeah, take from that what you will.
