i made the friendliest pf ever tbh "thordan learning all are welcome. dont expect clear". i made ilvl setup i190 which is the bare minimum. one or two popped in, waited 10-15 min and see that noone else coming and left. rinse and repeatHave you even tried making a learning party Erza? I've made so many learning parties so post your experiences and what you did when you tried to make learning parties for Thordan EX and I can maybe give you some tips as to what you can do to make your parties fill faster.

That's... not exactly friendly though. Try not being so negative in your party description. Instead of "don't expect clear" put something like "no experience necessary." Ask around in linkshells and FC to see if a few vets might help you learn. It also matters when you put that kind of party up in PF. During prime time it'll likely fill up, but if it's off hours for the USA on a NA server, odds are it won't. I know I've done a couple of parties myself (teaching the fight to a few FC mates) in the past couple of weeks, so I know it can be done.
Even once this fight goes into the DF, I think people are going to have a very hard time. I'll be surprised if DF parties make it even as far as meteors. The difficulty on it is much higher than previous EX primals. I'd peg the difficulty at the same level as A1S/A2S.

Why would you want this? lol.
Click "party finder" and make your own learning group, OP. Seriously, it's not hard. You just might be waiting like 30 minutes, but that's really a small price to pay over not doing it at all.

OP does address that: Learning PFs don't tend to fill so fast, especially if you're playing right around now.
why not?
DFs usually fills out faster than PFs.
DF has a bigger pool of player to choose from.
quality of DF players highly depends on your data center.
everything has its pros and cons.
and it doesn't bother anyone who uses PF, except maybe the number of people joining it xD

And I'd bet a positive upswing in PF if it means people can actually experience phases,
It's going to be very hard to make a full party in 15 minutes unless it's peak time. And knowing how NA people act, even on peak time it will be hard to get full in 15 minutes. On off-peak times (When people are at work and school) I often wait 2 hours (2 PF recruitments) before my party fills up. If you really want to do the content, I don't think 2 hours is that much really especially if you have stuff like cooking/cleaning you can do while you afk wait.
Use the full 60 minutes to recruit people. The longer you recruit, the more your message goes to the top so it's easier to find. After 30 minutes or so, your message will become one of the top ones that people see as soon as they open up Party Finder.
Also the fastest way to get people to join your Party Finder is to already have people in the party. People are more often going to join a party that needs 4-5 people than one that needs 7 people. Getting 2-3 friends to join you helps a lot I find. If these friends have cleared the content, add that in your message. "Thordan EX beginning learning party. First timers welcome. 2 people who have already cleared are helping". This sounds a bit weird since I'm used to typing this all in Japanese but try writing something that sounds natural.
Also shout is a great tool as well. After 15 minutes or so, every 7-10 minutes I go to every popular zone and just shout what I'm PFing. "Sorry for the shout. Recruiting for Thordan EX in Party Finder. Practice party from the very begining, first timers are welcome. Need 1 Tank, 2 Healer, 2 DPS. 2 people who have cleared already are helping." Something like this. Again I normally type this in Japanese so it might sound a bit weird.

For the majority of players this represents probably about 2/3rds if not all of their play time.
Also, a lot of your post seems to assume you have access to some individuals already. For those of us on right about now, that's a bit harder to manage.
Read what I said. The 2 hours was off peak time. I guess I didn't make it clear, but what I meant is if you're recruiting at off peak times, I don't think 2 hours is that long of a wait. If you can only manage off peak times, then you're going to need to accept the fact that recruitments are going to take a lot longer than normal. But luckily you can do stuff like crafting and FATEs and Triple Triad while waiting or just AFK.
And I said that having friends that can join with you helps shorten the wait time, but it's not needed. If you really can't get any friends to come join your learning party, you're going to have to wait longer. But if it's a learning party, even your friends who have not cleared the content should be alright to join as well as those of your friends that have already cleared the content.
