this "reset was NEVER meant to be abused by some player (well organised or whatever you want)"

The struggle. I gave up a while ago on personal housing. Luckily though, i made friends with a few people who have a small house and we are all working on it together. Every fc i joined had an inner circle for house and upgrading, couldnt do anything but spend 300k for a room. Ya screw that. People wanting personal housing prolly better off finding some friends willing to do the same.

Its a shame SE just let all this go without any regulation. I'm guesing the RMT are the ones benefitting from this the most. I'd wager they even bought houses just to sell to quickly increase their reserves or even sell plots for real money on websites.

Renting. Thats genius! Since they added the ability to share your house with 3 other players you can now rent your house out. Im thinking 1 million gil a month due up front at the start of each month. You dont pay and you lose access to the house. Maybe charge extra for gardening privileges. Section off the basement into separate rooms that they can decorate as they see fit but theyre not allowed to redecorate my up stairs area or they get the boot, no refund.
