Honestly I don't see people pulling early often. A few times? sure, but it's definitely not the norm.

People rocking up late and screaming about early pulling when people have been sitting there for 5+ minutes? That's the norm.

You're very lucky then. Certain servers have groups who actually *thrive* on their reputation for early pulling. They're the ones who will pull when 5 people are at a S-Rank or who will purposefully try to reset 'for a laugh'.
