There is something they can do. Make the S rank Invulnerable for X amount of time after it is spawned to facilitate a reasonable amount of time for people to arrive. This problem will not "go away" when relics die down. SE tries to keep their implemented systems relevant. This problem will always come back unless something is done about it. The implementation of a feature such as this is not revolutionary. I can't remember where I have seen it, but I have seen it before. It works better than our current system, and does not require an overhaul or revamp, only minor adjustments when compared to some changes that actually have already seen implementation.

Do I want this to happen now? No. Do I want it taken into consideration for future enrichment of the game experience? you bet your balls.
