I've been assuming it was the voidsent Feridad and that the Lambs are all dead. The NPC stated a few times that all the Lambs in the Keep were killed; that was why it was so strange that the voidsent returned (the explanation being that their blood was all that was needed to complete the ritual, and before they could hold the rites you barged in and slaughtered them - which was good enough). The only other group we saw as in Northern Thanalan who (canonically, anyway) got wiped out by us in 2.00 via FATE.
Diabolos is also a big possibility, but I hesitate to make the leap since we never saw the Lambs give a hoot about the Lost City and neither they nor Diabolos said anything (that I recall - I could be wrong) that referenced one another in any way. I took his assumption that we were Amdapori mages as a hint that he hadn't been awake for long or spoken with anyone in this age.
EDIT
A side-thought, it's possible that the Lambs never really did communicate in an organized way with any specific entity, but just got targeted by whatever void denizen first stumbled across their invitation to Darkness while they were messing around with their stolen copies of the Necrologos.

I think this is perhaps the most likely theory - remember back in Tam-Tara NM, when Mindflayer!Galvanth is first summoned? His comments seemed that the Lambs really had no idea what they were even summoning (the voidsent wearing Galvanth's name sure didn't!):EDIT

It just seems to me that the Lambs were basically dabblers in the dark arts, united by a vague "We believe Dalamud was a god who will ascend us to heaven blahblahblah', but really, they had absolutely no idea what the seven hells they were doing. Unfortunately for us, that doesn't make them any less dangerous, perhaps more so.Originally Posted by ARR main scenario quest 'Fire in the Gloom'
