you guys went overboard with this new relic

Crafters get new stuff every major patch as well as glamours.

but none of it is useful out side of glamour, bar food and pots of course. You just want to religate an entire part of the game to just glamour only? I am glad crafters are need for the relic, it's about time it was needed for something other than just looking cool.

I'm guessing the problem he has with it is that it creates a gate for those whom either do not craft or are not in a FC where they would have access to some veteran crafters or do not have that much disposable income to pay for the needed items that will cost a great deal. I think that the crafting portion should have been another way to earn the 80 items one needs.

Why should a legendary weapon, essentially what the relic is, skip on including different parts of the game into the quest line? 3-5 mil is not hard to make in this game, you can literally make that off of a battle class retainer in a week or two.

Well, they could be allowed to craft gear close or equal to the tomestone gear? Instead of just always having to make some little thing needed for something that for the larger part isn't crafting?

But they can't right now. This relic has made crafters useful for the first time this expansion. How about people stop asking for stuff to be handed to them and they can go farm a few million gil .
