That not what you said, you didn't say 95% won't finish it which I still call BS you said 95% wouldn't even touch it.Starting it and finishing it are two different things. Will people start it? yes, will they finish it? The majority will not. Heck, even I can go talk to the quest giver right now and be like: "Hey guys. I've accepted content I said I wouldn't bother with!!", will I finish it?

No, had they done that, the relic quests would take *years* to complete and cost the king's ransom to progress in.
By and large, I think the playerbase is going to get involved in this. It's something they can realistically make progression in, even if it takes them awhile.

Do I need to have Heavensward for this?
because they dont know the last part, also its ok todo this quest for i200 weapon, its not a bad idea. but anything after that, i am not gona touch.
Basicly this:
Step 1: Get three of each Beastmen seals from each Hamlet. (9 Total could take weeks or months)
Step 2: Buy a Beastmen Book for 25k GC seals
Step 3: Trade them in to a NPC
Step 4: Talk to a NPC to start Relic Quest
Step 5: Get all of your Beastmen Currency for your weapon (Worth about 4 - 6 mil for all of it)
Step 6: Double Meld the Required Weapon with Double Tier IV Materia required (This is where the money sink came in if you kept on failing, you would lose the weapon and Materia)
Step 7: Turn in Currency and Weapon in to NPC
Step 8: Speed Run all Three endgame dungeons to get 3 of each of their Items (aka 17 min speed runs)
Step 9: Turn them in
Step 10: Do a levequest with your Almost made Relic Weapon
Step 11: Spiritbond with it
Step 12: Speed Run Garuda (No Deaths allowed and in 15 minutes I believe)
Step 13: Beat Ifrit
Step 14: Get Relic
In the middle it was a two day cooldown.
