How do you know this?
I agree that some people in each of those groups are upset, sure.
But, really, there are some people in each of those groups that are very happy with the current state of the game, too.

How are you measuring which is the majority?

Of course, those who are upset and complain are more likely to come to the forums and voice their opinion. It's human nature to not complain if you're having fun. So... counting up all the people complaining on the forums doesn't do much of anything unless you're comparing that to some group of total-players or having-fun players. Have you done that? Or is your opinion useless?

I'll ask you all your opinions, does a game that took 6 and a half hours to update 90mb of recycled contented and for half a year leave us picking up table scrap content, honestly still deserve 15 a month, knowing that SE said the development team isn't going to be increased and our content for 7 months has been lackluster at it's finest. Is this still the game you all had hoped and thought it would be?
If it was as you described, then no, they wouldn't deserve $15 a month.
But I don't see the game as you've described. And yes, I still think they deserve $15 a month for the fun I'm having. That's why I'm still paying.

I like enough of the content that's come out in the last 7 months.

I think improvements should be made in places that really do need improvements... like housing availability, we'll see what happens after Christmas with that.
I can see why people are upset about the relic, though. The last one started more... story-ish... But I don't really care. I'm on the "screw relic" side of things. I don't have enough time to do all the things I want to do in the game, let alone do relic. So I have to skip it. It does make a pretty glamour, though
