If there's no stat carry over (Which I doubt there will be) I'll probably just end up doing the whole friggin thing from stage one and keep the Zeta I spent 3.5 million and 200 game hours to make.

Not even a point considering the phase one we're skipping is probably going to end up being a trivial chore while the upgrades will all be massive grinds again.
