Or just in general. If you're alone and you die, having your abilities reset would be excellent.

Last night I had the unfortunate fate of using a Cordial before attempting to teleport to the next area where a collectible node would spawn, only to find myself accosted by an Angry Bird. This bird killed me, and when I respawned, my GP was at 0, I couldn't use a Cordial, and by the time my GP had come back up to where I'd be able to gather anything worth a damn, the collectible node had unspawned.

It is also unnecessarily punishing for group content, as it forces groups to wait for certain cooldowns before beginning the attempt again (which can be up to 7 minutes - on a 90- or 120-minute attempt, that's horrid).
