    The Damage Done & K/D aren't reflective of a good player honestly.

    SMNs tend to have top total DPS simply due to DoTs constantly ticking away at someone's health without being Esuna'd. They might not actually contribute to a kill or burst a target, but someone who got Bane'd and moved to a new node still added 5,000 damage to the SMN. Then you get a MCH run in, 3 rapid shots fully buffed, ricochet, gauss, graze, pvp actions, root, LB. 5/0 kd with 1/3rd the SMNs damage.

    The only way to really farm it is to get locked into a long deadlocked battle for a long time, but there it's kind of encouraging you to stick with your group and heal people.
    The only problem I have with this way of doing it is that any reasonable number for WHM/AST is completely unreasonable for Scholar. Adding in shields helps, but Medica II / Diurnal Helios are way more healing than Scholar can ever hope to put out while focused on their job.

    I think my personal healing record in a match is a bit over 550k, and that's with 4 LBs. I've seen White Mages end with more than that without even trying, and well over 1 mil when they're trying as hard as that 550k.

    Scholar's focus is still very strongly biased toward single targets, though - as powerful as Scholar's instant heals are, the passive healing from WD/Medica II/Benefic Helios adds up fast in the presence of light AoE damage. In my experience, WHM and Diurnal wind up with significantly more real healing than Scholar/Noct just from healing people from 90% to full repeatedly.

    Factor in how SCH wants to be played (very high % Adlo, vit and/or Field Commander gear) and I don't think it's hard to see how that might be the case

    I hear you, it would be a little easier for a WHM/AST then scholar, but I don't think the difference would be that huge (maybe ~30% more games or so for SCH). The big numbers you see WHM with at the end of matches are mostly from overheals, and a significant proportion of heals actually come from healer LB which all healers benefit from equally. As WHM I often keep medica 2 and regens up even when full hp pre-preemptively and these count towards the stats at the end but I'd argue they should be excluded towards a cheevo. Also almost all healers I know run VIT/Field Commander (ast,whm,sch) so everyone has this disadvantage.

    The main thing though is it's relatively simple, better than nothing, and you have the same issue with # of kills. For example, when I go paladin I'm generally not pulling as many kills as my friends who go SMN or WAR, but even if I'm just chipping away at the kill cheevo, at least I feel like I'm getting something out of each match vs. the maybe 1 kill I get as healer.

    Oh, yeah, it's definitely a lot better than nothing, and i'd love to have SOMETHING to aspire to. Another thought I had when I woke up, though: How about "heal <x> playesr at critical health?" That's a distinction the game makes (with the little LB gain sound), and something that only healers are really capable of doing more than once in a blue moon.

    raising is a no no, its open to abuse.

    Healing has been discussed, a whm can just medica II spam for 1mil + gg wp 90‰ will just be useless overheals

    Attune and focal yes but there would need to be related to something, otherwise you could just use everytime CD finished for no reason

    Could just be something simple as play as healer for the full game for X amount of games. You might get full parties of healers but hey at least you get a healer.. maybe include tank roles too.
