This is my current desyn level. I don't really know much about the items, i just try anything that i have in my inventory, but i would love to contribute to the data. So if you guys want to test out any specific items, just give me a word.

Okay! Let's see, ARM 19.15, +51 would be r70, perfect. Take an r70 ARM desynthable item with a materia slot (either a 50** recipe like Darksteel Tassets, or a Warwolf item from PvP like a Warwolf Belt of Fending) and see what your desynth chance would be at 19 skill. It should be 0. Meld a piece of materia to it and check again. I would expect your chance to be either be 6% (negative factor: 0.10) or 3.75% (negative factor: 0.25).

EDIT: Also, if you did the same with a GSM item that was r125, like a Mythrite Bracelet of Fending, and checked both 1 and 2 materia melds at dSkill 72, that would also be really helpful. That's -53 with a bonus of 20%, so I'm expecting either 2.40% (0.1) or 0% (0.25) for one meld, and 8.40% (0.1) or 3.00% (0.25) for two melds.

For GSM, the Bracelet is 0% success rate with no meld, 0% success rate again with 1 melded, goes up to 3% with 2 melded. I melded Dex III and Int III into this bracelet.
