Lunatic Pandora!! Yarrrr!

Pharos Sirius (NM/HM) : I like them both for the soundtrack that is one of the best in this game. The story of Pharos NM is also quite nice and interesting.
Tam-Tara (HM) : that storyline was FFXIV magnum opus, it was really the only time I was that much invested in a dungeon story instead of just waltzing through it, murder everything, leave. Add to that the legendary cutscene at the end that is one of my favourite moment in the game. I really hope that SE makes another dungeon in the same vein as this one.
Sohm Al : I really enjoy the scenery and the music, the bosses are also fun and it's clearable fast so it makes it even better.
Arboretum : one of the most beautiful dungeon in my opinion, it feels nice to have a fully "green" dungeon.
You'll make a fine corpse.

Hullbreaker Isle. Lovely scenery and great music a happy combination make. I like Lost City of Amdapor for much the same reasons.
I also really like Neverreap. It's just a really pretty place, particularly if it pops as day is breaking and rosy-fingered dawn creeps across the sky. I know much of the community is sick of Neverreap but I'm always happy to see it come up in my roulette. I also like how it's visible from the Sea of Clouds, that azure outcropping curling up into the sky all the way out there. Lovely.

Pharos Sirius NM, Sohm Al, and Wanderer's Palace NM are all my favorites.
I actually do miss the days when the Tonberry Stalkers were much more formidable. I was hoping when they announced WP HM it would be a dungeon of DPS checks and a horde of stalkers on your heels.
