They look like Bogatyr's thighboots to me, but not 100% sure.

That's the look i went with for Monk.

EDIT: If someone's curious, even though the items are self-explanatory, i went with:
- Void ark coat of striking
- Sable death mask
- Archaeoskin boots
- Punching glove
