Unable To World Transfer

Good afternoon, I'm not 100% sure if this is the right place since it's a Mogstation issue, but here we go.

I'm trying to transfer my alt character off from Mateus to Twintania to join a family member's new character on that server. When going through the drop down of servers, I am unable to find Twintania on the list. I can not see Phoenix or Cerberus either.

Neither worlds have been locked for new characters all morning and I am able to select other new worlds like Spriggan. My account and chosen character meet all the requirements to transfer servers, it's just my one desired server destination is not on the list for whatever reason.

Are you perhaps on the basic subscription (one character per world) and you already have a character on those worlds? (as that would stop them appearing as transfer targets).

Also it's probably worth mentioning, but you have to select your source world first (Mateus), not your destination (Twintania). Apologies if you were doing this correctly, but I've seen people misunderstand this before so thought it was worth mentioning.

Nah it's okay, it prompted me to double check.
I'm on a Standard account which makes it doubly odd since I can't seem to select any server I already have a character on despite me supposedly having the ability to have up to 8 charcters on a single server.

I've also tried selecting the destination world both before selecting my desired character and after.

I'm assuming now that for some reason I'm on Entry account limits despite being a Standard account.

Im trying to transfer my alt to Excalibur and it has been locked out for some time now. I see other servers change but Excalibur and Behemoth stay locked out. I even got up at 2am-3am to try. /sigh.

When transfering, you must first choose the world you wish to transfer to and click Confirm. I am seeing Twintania on the list, so it is definitely available. After this, the second dropdown gives you a list of worlds you have characters on. There you select the world you are transferinf from, click confirm, and you will get a list of characters on that world. Select the desired character(s) and proceed.

Both of those are congested worlds so they won't be opening before 5.1 maintenance at the earliest, it takes a maintenance for that status to change.
