Let's also completely ignore the European Servers that were made possible due to that as well.

Citation needed. Ive been trying to find where Yoshi P mentioned the number of subs he needed to make FF14 profitable but Ive been reading alot about how FF14 has exceeded expectations and at this point anything from the cash shop really is just milk.. er extra cash.

100% meld materia potion, 1 for $24, 5 for $100 or a pack of 10 for $240
GIL... no more spammers. Can buy 100k, 1000k, 10 000k, 100 000k. If you buy a total cumulation of 10 000K you also get the Honest WTFillionaire achievement.

I was gonna also suggest 24% echo buffs that last 24 mins for ANY current content.. but apparently that is pay to win somehow 0_0.

They should also increase the sub prices by $5 =D... so that extra $5 dollars can be used to make MORE cash shop items.

Finally.. since the point of the Cash Shop was to make old items available again.. they need to add ALL legacy items for roughly $40-50 (the original price of FF14 1.0 I think).

Depends on how they do it, if it's through a token subscription system similar to WoW it's nothing but good for the game, gil isn't generated and as such no inflation will happen, the playerbase will be more than alive than ever, and all around players can decide if they want to grind their butts off for the subscription or pay for it, SE also makes an extra $5 a month. Win win for everyone involved, I do find it funny when people are against this idea when it's been proven to work and has kept a niche game alive for a long time now (EVE), and yet are completely fine with the cash shop.

LMAO.. i will buy one. they should just give these things to us in game.

For example... I missed the Cherry tree event from 2014 so I didn't get my bomb fire dance... but I still paid my sub all the way through these months so there's really no reason for them to try to "make the money back" by putting it in the cash shop right? (but i still bought it like a sucker)

I will prob quit FF14 when there are more things in the cash shop then the actual game itself.
