Also to add to my older response, read where I discuss the imbalance and inconsistency of just things in this game in general. Yes items like these do signify what people have done, but that's stuff that should be rewarded for doing something IN-GAME o/w should be available in the MS. Getting a free item at an event should not be exclusive, it's a free item and that's a great gift in itself. It's like if I had the option of paying even $40 for that hideous thing, the option is there. It means these people got a $40 item for free, it is a present and they still hold on to and cherish that memory.

Make new memories and release these items again or give us the option to get it at some point even at a ridiculous price.

It IS exclusive, the live stream and IRL event were the -same- events.
These events yielded an item that was -exclusively- to those who attended or paid for the stream.

I have the Wind-up Bahamut.
I have the Moogle attire after attending the fanfest in person, spending quite a bit of money for the flight and the hotel and the ticket.
I have the I BEAT ODIN t-shirt for having actually beaten Odin at that very same Fanfest.
I asked Yoshi-P to kindly sign the official artbook I bought there. He did, because he is a cool guy.

Those are all items I cherish and I would hate having them suddenly available to everyone "just because". That's just wrong.

Missing out on things is a fact of life though. SE isn't the first and likely won't be the last to hand out exclusives. Imo, you win some, you lose some, and if you have it that's great but if you don't it's really not that big of a deal. I wouldn't throw a fit if I saw a friend wearing a nice pair of shoes and asked "where did you get those?" and was told they were on sale a year ago and that style isn't even in production anymore. I'd move on. I keep that outlook in game too, there are plenty of nice things that I missed and that... kinda stinks for a moment or two, and then I put my attention elsewhere because why worry about something so trivial.

I'd honestly be more put off by some of the current exclusives being made unexclusive than I am with having missed out on them.

Missing out on things is a fact of life though.

Precisely why I don't concern myself with sustainability. Sucks for future generations, but hey, not my fault they had circumstances that prevented them from taking advantage of the opportunity when it was available.

On a more serious note, I personally hate exclusivity. I know how bad it feels to miss out and that ruins my enjoyment of owning things that are exclusive because I "know" showing them will make others feel bad as well and I'm just not the kind of person that can enjoy making others feel bad. It can't be helped, because some things in life are physically limited (Like Dodos ._.), but I would avoid it as much as possible.
