Far as I know that's the only pants in the game that have one leg bare (at least on females. For males it's normal pants)

To my wallet's dismay, I realized that the Thav Armlets look really cute with the Choral Shirt, and, because I was bored with my previous glamour anyway, I promptly came up with a new outfit. So here's a fancy, dancey Kip!

Yeah it looks like the bard pants. Sad that the males get normal pants :/ why can't they show off their sexy hot legs too? I should take a pic of my newly purple-ized eso gearset.
