I've been running Diadem since it became live and still havent gotten that many good 210 pieces. Most of them got junk stats and even when you get a decent piece the stats arent earth shattering better then upgraded eso gear. So lowering the spanrate isnt that big a deal i think.

Most of the 210 gear is just good enough for your retainers.
