Yes; let me just team up with other players so I can do my solo class quests or GC leves that don't allow me to do them in groups.

Like in Ragnarok Online. Healers didn't have any attack skill there other than Holy Light (and let's be honest, Holy Light is garbage if you don't have a Soul Linker friend to skyrocket that 125% damage to an awesome 500% damage) and some skills that only caused damage to Demons/Zombies. We were there to heal. But anyway, this game don't have anything Ragnarok Online had like Class/job customizations, different branching jobs and a lot of other things.
They could learn one thing or two from a 2002 game instead of going the WoW way. Even by now, Ragnarok-style games are successful, with spiritual sucessors like Tree of Savior burning with hype. And damn, that's a 13 years old game game, even more than FFXI!

You cannot group for those things I mentioned; the game will not allow you to do those things with other people.
What I mean is, you can't use the excuse that "Healers DPS skills prove they are meant to DPS" when there is stuff Healers need to be able to solo.

Wait wait wait, we're saying exactly the same thing here.
What I am saying is that the game forces healers (and tanks on a lower scale) to have quite a few dps options so that they can do the content solo, as the game was designed with everyone doing their solo things on their own (which is incredibly... silly, to keep it classy, in a MMO) when people could just group and do content like any MMO should : with other players.
in short : the game is designed in a way which is totally contradicting what a trinity MMO should be and that is why they gave dps options to healers and tanks. And people keep thinking that it's totally fine as it is.
That sounds SO boring and sad... WoW PVE its prolly the worst example u could use. In most of the MMORPG Tank NEED to care bout mitigation stats (parry / dodge/ block / def rate/ etc) or they die, no mather if the healer spam his most powerfull healing spell, they dont care bout DPS, dps just happen. Also healers cant stop healing or everyone die....

Did you ever stop to think that this game is based on the Trinity? Trinity games have clearly defined roles or are supposed to. This games classes were not advertised as hybrids and the sole purpose of having tanks and healers with some dps capabilities is to allow them to do solo content albeit with reducing their effectiveness in the job they are designed for.
I dps as a healer or tank because the capabilities are there. It doesn't mean they are supposed to exist and let's face it that they exist because of dev oversight and poorly tuned raid content
