Also, if you can't pass any Ex primal without healer dps and tanks sticking in tank stance, it's time to tell your dps to learn to play. Like, seriously.

People just don't know anymore what is a MMO. The only thing they value is the time THEY, as an individual, spend on X or Y thing.

Heck, there is no penalty for wiping (no xp loss, no perma debuff, etc...), just some time lost. But people aren't on MMOs to spend time with people anymore. Nowadays, people play MMO like they play solo games. Rush through everything and whine about anything or anyone slowing you in the process.

Fun fact: in the JP community most of the people going 'don't make me DPS' would be added to massive out of game black lists and wouldn't be able to join PF parties anymore until they bought a name change or made a new character.

I don't despise my comrades, we play more then just ff14 together, like bloodborne dlc right now. Comrades are people you can have fun with and rely on. Not people who don't care about their performance and let "friends"carry them.

JP have a mindset of 'what can I do for the group' while NA/EU are more 'what can the group do for me'. JP players tend to learn their classes and the fights and the strats while a lot of NA/EU players are self entitled and run around saying THIS IS MY PLAYSTYLE DEAL WITH IT I PAY MY SUB I DO WHAT I WANT.
Different culture, different mindset, but that's why the DF/PF is much better on JP servers than it is on the EU/NA.

The Japanese community keeps blacklists on 2ch. If you get a good translator you can find them. It's basically anyone who refuses to improve regardless of content.
