Coffin Lid and wind up Echidna too rare?

I thought the lid had to be pretty goddamn rare considering I am getting on average about 30 tells a day from randomers just asking me if I can sell the lid/coffin to them, after they found my name on the MB. But at least the item exists. I've ran VA personally only about 6 times and not seen any of these drops - and haven't heard of anyone seeing the lid, and the minion only once. Wouldn't mind it if they got a buff in drop rates.

Since release of the dungeons, i have never seen ugly duck ever dropping, NEVER...
Doing that dungeon at least twice a day...

And thats not even one of the super rare minions, its just a dungeon minion!

With the addition of Diadem, VA was more dead on arrival then any of the CTs. I'll run it once a week for the upgrade, by never any more - everyone I've talked too agrees. There needs to be some incentive for people to run it more then that....

Dev 1: Let's make it rain 210 items from casual content with no lockout!

Dev 2: Oh yes! Let's also make a casual raid drop i200 that has a weekly lockout!

I feel they really dropped the ball with that. They tried to hard to make the Diadem somewhat relevant...

I was lucky enough to see an Ugly Duckling drop and win (unlike every other minion I've seen drop ;- when it was relatively expensive, but now they go for 40-60k. If your server is populated it should be cheap enough to pick up with "spare change" in terms of gil if you want the minion.

I've only had one of the HW dungeon minions drop. One of my friends won the roll and gave it to me though so yeah there's that too.

Probably also part of the issue is since the loot system is so much more likely to give you something you want people are just running VA less frequently than they would have had to run ST or WOD to get their loot.

Going on week three without seeing a single coffin lid or coffin bed on the MB.

I really don't mind rare and I have all the gil in the world to throw at this vanity item, but it is just too damn rare.

Same with the minion. I am going to have a full set of casting gear before I ever see it drop, let alone win one. Please increase the drop rate.

I feel like SE made these super rare now only to increase the drop rate later (once the content is old) to encourage more people to run old content. I won't fall for it SE! I will wait you out and farm it then -_-

Zero coffin lids seen on the mb or in the instance and zero minions seen out of 50+ runs thus far!



Can you guys please adjust the drop rate of these items?!
