Alas, but this is so true.

People who spread misinformation because they do not play the game and don't understand the context of additions and changes should be filtered out.

We need to stop trolls from misleading people about the current and future state of a game they don't actually play. Not because it "offends" those of us who do play and enjoy the game, as if we are against all criticism, but because other people can read their posts and think it is accurate or actually based on the reality in-game.

Gifthorse is a great example of this. He has admitted he doesn't really play anymore, and yet he continues to post on every thread dealing with auto attack. When I try to respond to him honestly asking what he does during a fight which leads to him "simply waiting for auto attack" he sidesteps the question and continues to post about how "auto attack added nothing to the game" and "combat is still boring".

If he actually played then perhaps he could have had some insight on what auto attack added to the game (the ability to use a wider variety of abilities which in reality is no slower than the previous system with the stamina gauge). As it is though his posts are misleading to new players who might think he has some knowledge of the new system, and that combat used to be faster than it is now.
