How would you feel about stricter forum posting requirements?

So basically people can troll, but no one can say that they're trolling? Exactly why'd I'd like to see stricter requirements. Thanks for your input.

I suppose my agenda is to get people off my back, those who keep calling me troll whenever I pose points of discussion. It's ironic because whenever I just post stupid, one-liners that have no point whatsoever, no one says anything at all. People are too afraid of discussion and just say "ur a troll" too much. It's really quite annoying.
