At 857 Craftsmanship you can one shot with ING2+Name+Brand combo at the cost of 21 CP (for name+brand). Not sure how, or if, it would fit in to your setup here but I use this combo for quick synthing stacks of NQ TA Ingots and Cloud Cotton.

I've been using a 9 HT macro for HQ'ing this stuff with moderate success, but RNG is RNG. I'm definitely trying out your rotation. Thanks.
