    Cap wasn't raised, but material conversion rate for scrips was tripled. The other materials are the same though. 10/10 + 1 scrip for 3 NQ mat crafts, 3/3 + 1 scrip for 1 HQ mat craft.

    That loosening of the gate is good, but there are still sooooo many things problematic at the moment... *cries*
