you are missing the point entirely. they said they changed the maintenance end time to ease server congestion. you said that doesn't have to do with people wanting to get an advantage. i'm asking you why you think that? why would there be more server congestion before the weekly reset, rather than after, if not for this advantage? "people wanting to rush to try out a new patch" will happen when the maintenance ends, no matter what the time.

I don't think there really would be much serve congestion before the weekly reset. The only reason there would be today if they released the patch early is simply because it's a new patch. I don't believe it has anything to do with people rushing on try to get into the new raid before the lockout.
