Why the rush with the patch, servers are not even going to up for another 12 hours.

I can download at a max of 40 KB/s. Judging from previous main content patches, I'm expecting this patch to be between 1 GB and 1.5 GB.

That means a download time of 8-12 hours for me. THAT is the 'rush'.

I actually have this problem and the ISP I have is literally the only choice as all the others are somehow slower. :V

Not everyone can live in the big cities, in the well developed countries (or at least, the richest ones). Just saying.

sadly I am T_T Well, I have shitty DL speed because the ISP of my parents is screwing around with its customers, but I'm not a country guy. I have decent connection whenever I don't DL stuff

I can't complain about mines. 60Mbps D/L and 30Mbps U/L with a ping of 9ms.

Moving is easier said than done, especially when moving from a typically poorer rural area to a more expensive to live in urban/suburban area. Trust me. I'd gladly have moved from where I live long ago if it was that simple.

I'll tell you what. Find me a nice house or apartment somewhere in a city, that doesn't have annoying neighbors or traffic constantly bothering me, and costs about what I'm paying for where I live now, then we'll talk.....

Where I live, my only option for internet is either ones as slow as what the OP has, or satellite internet, (or both if I went with Hughesnet). I chose satellite internet though the best provider I could find, and am still paying $60 a month with a 10gb data cap. Oh, and I have a permanent 700ms latency when playing games that comes standard due to the way satellite internet works. This means I have nearly a full second less time to dodge than other players, and can't even play most games because it won't connect to servers or there are constant glitches caused by it. Frankly, this is the absolute best internet I can get where I live, (no real cell signal to speak of, so that's not an option either), and with 15mbs up and 3bms down, this is the kind of internet that most people would refuse to even attempt to play games on, much less pay for. I get particularly annoyed when people who have lived in urban areas their entire life think that everyone everywhere can have high quality internet, or think that living in a city is an option for everyone......
