    Just curious, but I've mostly been using Rend Mind and Dismantle on tank busters with boss fights. That's their main purpose right?
    Or do you guys tend to use it soon as it pops?

    Tank Busters. You'll mitigate much more damage on a big hit and some small ones than just a bunch of small ones.
