Hmm.

In a broad sense I'm not quite sure just telling NA players to not kick underperforming players means that NA as a collective will get better. If JP servers are regularly Pugging A3S and A4S, there's worlds of difference between our communities skill levels. I've been with the same static for about 3 months trying to clear A3S, and we have gone through extensive periods of making sure each player is playing as best they can, and we have still yet to beat the fight.

I'm more than willing to accept that either, my static (myself included) aren't that good, or perhaps some players in my static aren't that good. But I don't think not kicking the under performing players has helped us at all, I'd lean more towards it hindering us at this point. If my static were to have replaced some of the underperforming players, I imagine we would have already cleared the fight, but players that are available and good enough to be an improvement over our existing members, are frankly just in short supply, even on Balmung.

Maybe JP players are just leagues ahead in performance on this game, if they're clearing A3S/A4S with pugs that would support this, I just don't think some positive thoughts and support is going to help NA. I'm inclined to believe it's some sort of self-motivation that JP players push themselves to try and perform their best, that I just don't see in a lot of NA players.
