Suggestion: FC airship exploration should not require TWO members!

why doesn't everyone just make a single-player FC then? What the hell is the incentive to group with members of your guild in this game when you could just be in a solo FC and play with people in your Linkshells? I thought this would be the answer, but nope, "forced grouping content" (*snicker*) in this game is bad, mmmkay?

Wait....so you don't want this to be team only content, but you don't like solo-players who will just be able to easily run it like any FC would? .....

I don't think you understood what I was trying to say. Cute .gif, though, it really provides this discussion with meaningful counterpoints.

I was trying to say that "no forced grouping content" is the biggest complaint people would have when anything TRULY FC-only is ever introduced to the game. I have a feeling this is why FC primal summoning was probably scrapped, though I suppose various server and memory limitations are just as likely a culprit as potential player backlash.

But seriously, this isn't a single-player game. I don't want to "purge" all solo players, or whatever nonsense you're spewing, but I also don't understand why some people are so against FC-specific content except for, frankly, relatively selfish or paranoid reasons. There are even players in this very thread who are in smaller FCs who were okay with the previous restriction...the only ones who kicked up a fuss were ones who enjoy having an FC all to themselves, which kinda goes against the point of having an FC, IMO.

Ahhhh ok I see what you mean now. Yeah I'd never be against FC only content that would make them more worth while as FCs would indeed benefit from content like that, but imo I don't think the exploration should be that content in mention. Alot of players have been waiting for new content to explore and enjoy for a while, so to me it should be open for everyone, alone and in a group. Makes me wonder if there were FC Activity Idea threads out there, its a pretty concerning thought.

a friend of mine said a while ago that when he was in a small fc it was mostly for the buffs , perks and other little tidbits it had to offer. The buffs were really the only rewarding aspect.
