That's what I thought, too ^^ But since I couldn't be sure I knew all the pre-existing gear, I asked Belhi to link/name the gear that the female All Saints' outfit was supposedly just a reskin of.

I'd actually be fine with it not having pants if they'd at least given it some sort of unique embellishment. Fancy coat tails would have been awesome, but anything to show they'd actually put some effort into the male costume would make me happy.

Oh, I agree completely. The first thing I did when I got that coatee was to glamour it to look like the hempen top, because I was fairly certain there would be a quest requiring us to wear all of the pieces.
