Challenge = GREAT but... it doesn't last. Once a strategy is figured out the challenge is gone, that's where the problem is. A challenge alone is not going to keep people playing. Giving us goals, long term and short term, is what keeps people paying.
yep, most players already know the strat from others when they are winning. in ffxi most looked up everything b4 gathering up a group to do something. but it still kept you feeling challenged and gave you long term goals that kept you playing. the new thoughts of yoshi basically saying we will have nothing to do majority of the time and that gearing multiple classes is pointless cause by time u do one or 3 ..the gear is useless again and who wants to keep gearing uselessly. just gear the one main, and if the strats to one creates a need for new class, the old dungeons are there on easy mode. i can just wait 3 months and do it ...who cares. hardcore won't even care and leave the game way b4 this in most circumstances. witch again means content will become even easier step by step, month by month.
