Cleric stance does not affect your fairy. Rumor went around that summoning a faerie while in cleric stance fudged her MND for healing but I can't really confirm that.

It does not which is why SCH get away with being heavier dps than the other healers. Fairy provides some nice constant healing for the group. Thanks for all the encouragement, guys. Definitely going to give SCH a go in earlier content and see how it goes. While I enjoy healing on AST, I find the playstyle a tad passive for my tastes. Mostly just annoyed with the cards and shuffle giving the same thing I just tried to get rid of constantly.
One other question I have, does Cleric Stance effect the Faerie as well as myself?

It doesn't take into account Cleric Stance transpose of MND - INT, but the Fairy does take a snap shot of your stats at the time of summoning (it just treats your MND as though Cleric Stance wasn't active). If you're a SCH running accessory melded equipment for DPS purposes in Savage, it's a good idea to switch into your highest ilvl MND gear before summoning your Fairy to maximize their healing output before changing back to your accuracy gear prior to engaging your target.

Do you want to do high end content like Savage with Scholar? If no: forget micromanaging. The fairy AI is great for all types of content from my experience and from what I see my SCH friend say.
(He heals A4 with me until I get my shafts every week, and I really think he does an awesome job even not micromanaging the fairy. To be honest he's probably the best SCH co-healer I ever had)
And no, Cleric Stance doesn't change anything on the Fairy.
